AES Pacific Northwest Section Event – Microphone Techniques for Immersive Audio Capture
Paul Andrews will present some of the immersive recording work he’s been a part of over the years, highlighting the various microphone techniques he’s developed and employed to capture fully immersive audio. The focus will be on innovative microphone arrangements that draw on a number of established techniques to achieve the most effective result. Examples will be drawn from real sessions with an emphasis on practical application.
