As a member of the imc US sales, service and support organization based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, you will be responsible for the calibration, troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate calibration of imc test and measurement hardware at customer locations and in our imc office/service center in Ann Arbor, Michigan
- Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment
- Coordinate with factory resources in Germany on more complex calibration and repairs
- Prepare calibration quotations
- Provide logistics support for incoming and outgoing customer equipment and sales demonstration equipment, including technical inspection of inbound customer orders checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Associate degree in electrical engineering or electronics technology or US military training and experience in calibration of electronic test and measurement equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience calibrating test & measurement equipment (in a commercial or military calibration lab)
- Working knowledge of calibration standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025)
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communications skills
- Results driven
- Ability to travel for onsite calibrations approximately 10%
