What You Will Do:
- Interfacing between development team and internal / external customers
- Architecture and integration support using AudioworX and platform components
- Support internal and external customers for installing and using AudioworX
- Design support of DSP processor architectures and audio signal flows
- Integration support for 3rd party components
- Performance measurements in platform and customer environment
- Support for RFI and RFQ phases
- Technical deep dive meetings with internal and external customers
- Create and maintain a support tasks knowledge base
- Ticket creation and management between customers and development team
- Perform technology demos and presentations in front of customers
- Perform trainings to internal and external customers
What You Need:
- Bachelor degree on computer science, communication electronics or similar; Master degree preferred
- 3+ years of embedded software implementation
- 3+ years of audio experience
- Excellent knowledge on DSP SW architectures and audio signal processing
- Very good knowledge on object oriented software development using C/C++
- Experienced in AudioworX
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and team work, international experience is preferred
- Good self-motivation and capability to work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally on need basis
- Dedicated performer with the ability to advocate appropriately for product quality
