Meridian Audio Ltd. have a vacancy for a graduate DSP engineer at our facility in Huntingdon to support our current DSP engineers with development and deployment of DSP software for both Meridian’s specialist audio products and business-to-business clients.
We are looking for someone with a good degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics plus some experience in:
- DSP filter and algorithm design
- C/C++ programming
- Prototyping and development of algorithms in MATLAB
Additionally, it would be advantageous if candidates had experience in any of the following:
- ADI SHARC DSP development
- A range of development environments (e.g. Eclipse, MS Visual Studio, XCode, ADI Visual DSP, Make, Sigma Studio, CrossCore Embedded Studio)
- Assembly language programming (56xxx preferred)
- Hardware/software DSP system design
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce
- Formal design methodology (e.g. UML)
