Develop and own the global marketing and sales enablement strategies to drive Audio Precision business in core target markets. Actively collaborate with marketing communications and product marketing professionals to ensure execution of these strategies. Collaborate with GRAS Sound & Vibration marketing, to drive joint AP and GRAS business in common target market segments and applications.
Audio Precision is a key brand of Axiometrix Solutions. Axiometrix Solutions is also comprised of other market-leading product line brands like GRAS Sound & Vibration, and imc Test & Measurement. Axiometrix Solutions has direct presence in major geographies, and partnerships with distributors and manufacturer’s reps in many countries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure execution of outbound marketing and sales enablement plans to drive global order growth for Audio Precision
- Includes marketing directly to customers globally, as well as, partnering with key distributors to ensure the development and execution of AP marketing plans
- Set, measure, and achieve KPI that support marketing objectives
- Develop and ensure execution of outbound marketing and sales enablement plans to drive global order growth for total product solutions that may include other brands that are part of Axiometrix Solutions (e.g., GRAS Sound & Vibration)
- Drive the demand generation, awareness building and database growth in target geographies and markets
- Develop and ensure execution of the launch plans for Audio Precision new product introductions
- Ensure the development and deployment of sales enablement tools for the direct and indirect sales channels to support Audio Precision business
- Actively collaborate with marketing communications professionals in the global marketing team
- Actively collaborate with Audio Precision product marketing and general management team
- Actively collaborate with the sales leadership of Axiometrix Solutions’ commercial team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience marketing in a B2B environment to technically oriented customers (preferably in Test & Measurement and/or Audio/Acoustics)
- Experience in working with both direct and indirect selling channels in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong planning skills; demonstrated ability to hit and deliver on commitments and expectations
- Effective communicator (written & spoken), with strong technical acumen and ability create marketing content
- Must have initiative, drive and be a self-starter
- Strong teamwork skills and demonstrated success in working in a matrixed environment; ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with colleagues from a variety of nations and cultures
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent) preferred
- Position located in the Portland, Oregon area
- 15% travel may be required
