I’ve made my living from professional audio since 1966 as a recording
studio owner, engineer, producer, equipment designer, and manufacturer.
I founded D.W. Fearn in 1993, which manufactures vacuum-tube based
microphone preamplifiers, equalizers, and compressors. I’ve been a
life-long student of audio and music and currently devote a lot of my
time to educating others.
