AES Atlanta Section Event – Auburn University Studio Tour
Join AES Atlanta for a tour of Auburn University Department of Music’s new recording studio, Lucky Man Studio. The main control room is set up to mix and monitor in Dolby Atmos. There is a large tracking room – roughly 40 x 50 feet with a 25-foot ceiling – so the room can easily accommodate a big band or medium-sized orchestra/choir. In addition to the main studio, there are three student production rooms as well as a faculty Dolby Atmos studio. Atlanta’s own, Trammell Starks, oversees the studio and will guide the tour. Food and drinks will be provided courtesy of Auburn University and the Department of Music. Space is limited and registration is required via Eventbrite.
