AES Eastern Region, USA/Canada – Sound with Feeling Infrasound Event
Take your knowledge, sound design skills, and enjoyment of audio to new depths with the lowest frequencies you’ve ever felt! Join the Atlanta section of the Audio Engineering Society at Atlanta Home Theater in Roswell, GA for an evening of infrasound! AES committee member Marshall Young will lead an informative discussion about infrasound (frequencies lower than the human ear can hear) followed by a demonstration of Ascendo infrasonic subwoofers by Atlanta Home Theater. We are excited for you to feel infrasound and learn how it can benefit your creation of media – as well as experience how Ascendo infrasubs elevate an audience’s enjoyment of music and film.
The event will start at 6:00pm and end at 8:00pm on Thursday, January 16th at Atlanta Home Theater. 10140 Sway Branch Dr, Roswell, GA 30075. Parking will be available in the Atlanta Home Theater lot and in the adjacent lot. Guest attendance is limited to 20 people and Atlanta Home Theater will provide food and beverages for attendees.
