Today`s mass media market consumer shopping for an FM radio appears only willing to pay a small premium for stereo. The circuitry for the stereo demodulator plays an important role in the receiver`s premium price. A two-transistor demodulator with optimized adaptor parameters and high quality stereo outputs is presented.
