The study described in this paper was undertaken by the Engineering Dept. of GRT Corp. in late 1970. The study was conceived, researched and administered by Mr. Steward Smith, Vice President of Engineering, GRT Corp. Electronic circuitry unique to this project was developed and designed by Mr. James Wood, then Senior Design Engineer, GRT Corp.
