Design of a Low Cost LED Program Indicator

Theory and techniques for construction of low-cost, high-accuracy light-emitting-diode program indicators will be presented. These indicators have selectable time constants for simulation of established meter characteristics. Low-cost circuits with part values are included to enable the user to build his own indicator. Alignment of the units will be discussed along with practical uses.
