Vehicle Driving Characteristic Transmission System Based on Music

The sound of a vehicle`s engine provides dynamic information about its acceleration, but it does not reflect the driver`s personal taste. This paper proposes a system that can incorporate vehicle characteristic information into preferred music. This method involves analyzing the music and modifying it according to the driving state of the vehicle. The music is transformed into a multi-track format through source separation, and the repetitive section is adjusted to match the driving state. The attack and decay of the music are used to enhance the pleasure of the driving experience. As a result, the proposed method allows music to play the role of a virtual engine sound and can be adjusted to suit the driver`s preferences.
