Experiments in the Enhancement of the Artist`s Ability to Control His Interface with the Acoustic Environment in Large Halls

The successful contemporary rock artist needs to hear and feel accurately what is going out to his audience. Neither amplification nor reinforcement suitably answer the artist`s needs. Experiments with a mammoth system have revealed a number of significant parameters that need to be artistically considered as we approach the use of synthesizer-computer instruments "conducted" by artist-composers.
