Digital filtering algorithms are developed for implementing the parametric equalization of audio signals. Software is generated for the 2920 analog microprocessor for realizing these algorithms. Real time signal processing is possible with the 2920. Implementation of the filter is done in software, thereby allowing flexibility and accuracy unparalleled by conventional analog circuitry, all within one integrated circuit.
