Marina City`s Viking Stunt Show in Wakayama, Japan, is the first live show to fully utilize the tolerant timing features of MIDI Show Control. The paper reviews all facets of the control system design and installation from selling a new technical concept based on audio cues to last-minute show changes. Integration with traditional show safety requirements is described, along with comparisons to other control architecture.
