The past 20 years of human localization research have concentrated on the comb-filter-like spectral transformations that signals undergo upon arrival at our ears. This paper presents an initial study of the temporal behavior of the reflections off the convolutions of the pinna and upper torso that form these spectra, and discusses the role such temporal information may play in auditory perception.
