Files Management for Digital Mixing Consoles

Fully digital, fully automated audio mixing consoles generate a large amount of control data. This data must be organized in useful and flexible files, in order to get the best results during the entire mixing or recording session. Consequently, a versatile file structure and an efficient file manager program have to be designed. The author suggests some implementation guidelines and proposes a new data files structure called the "Objects Matrix Structure."
