This paper presents a model for multiple diffraction on a loudspeaker baffle which is based on a two-dimensional reverberation theory. According to this model, the characteristics of the multiple scattering are determined from the baffle shape and size. The model allows the qualitative prediction of the characteristics of the multiple diffraction process.:
