About Speaker

At Dolby, Alex leads research efforts at the intersection of perception, neurophysiology and machine learning and which help drive the continued development of the immersive technologies underlying Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

He obtained his PhD in Neuroscience from the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behavior and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive Brain Sciences prior to joining Dolby.
