The lack of audio terminology localization in Chinese has created significant obstacles for educators and students, with challenges including limited software language support, inconsistent regional translations, and frequent mistranslations. This study adopts a mixed methods approach to examine these issues, revealing that communication di?iculties affect student collaboration in recording projects. The findings underscore the need for improved standardization and localization of audio terminology to enhance learning experiences and professional communication in the industry.
