This paper describes the new distortion measuring system incorporated in the Radiometer BKF10 Automatic Distortion Analyzer. The new techniques enable fully automatic distortion sweep measurements on AF amplifiers, tape recorders, loudspeakers, etc. The function and the main properties are given a brief discussion. The filters for suppressing the fundamental frequency and the principle of the distortion measuring circuit are described in detail. Typical applications are shown.
